1. CARBS: Not NO carbs, But Good carbs... Anything in Whole is always good. Prefer carbs coming from Whole grains.

2. VEGGIES: Eat more vegetables and fruits. Go for color and variety—dark green, yellow, orange, and red.
3. DRINKS: Water is best to quench your thirst. Skip the sugary drinks, and go easy on the milk and juice. Moderate alcohol is the way to a good discipline and respect towards life.

4. SALT: Consuming less salt and being reasonable is good for everyone's health. I would recommend by eating whole and fresh foods.
5. PROTEIN, CALCIUM & FATS: Protein in essential but don't binge eat. Go easy and your body tells how much protein you need which always comes from plant based foods like beans as well.
Eat more Fish, Nuts and poultry. Where possible pick organic to reduce contaminants which leads to disease down the line.
For Calcium, I would suggest to reduce Milk and consume more yogurt, Nuts and beans to get more of it. Yogurt is best way to keep you and your mind at peace.
